YueShengift Terms of Service

YueShengift ("the Service") is a private analytics tool that helps its operator monitor the performance of TikTok accounts they own and have been authorized to access. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

The Service connects to the TikTok API using TikTok Login (OAuth) only for accounts whose owners have explicitly granted authorization. It reads publicly available account and video statistics (such as follower counts, view counts, likes, comments and shares) for the purpose of analytics and historical trend tracking.

2. Authorization and Account Security

You may revoke the Service's access at any time from your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions". Revoking access immediately stops the Service from retrieving any further data for that account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and in compliance with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer policies. The Service must not be used to collect data about third parties without their consent.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data is sourced from the TikTok API and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
